If you are happy with our offer, we will instruct both a valuation of your property and a firm of solicitors from our panel who will work on your behalf to ensure that the sale of your property runs smoothly. All of the solicitors on our panel have proven track records and an extensive knowledge of the property market. Although they will be appointed from our panel of solicitors, they will work solely for yourself and absolutely nobody else, ensuring your interests are fully protected.
The complete sale process normally takes approximately 21 days from this point and your appointed British House Buyer advisor will manage the complete process for you from the start.
