Will you buy ex-local authority properties?

British House Buyers do purchase ex-local authority properties and these count for at least 40% of the properties that we make offers on.

What is the maximum purchase price of the properties that you make offers on?

We normally only make offers on properties below the value of £200,000, but each property will be looked at on its own merits. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you further.

How much will you offer for my property?

We offer up to 75% for your property, but each property is looked at on an individual basis, so please do contact us and we can discuss this in further detail.

Where are you based?

We have offices in Chelmsford, Essex, but we do make offers on properties all over the UK. You are more than welcome to come and visit us and discuss your options if you would like to.

When are your offices open?

Our offices are open between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. We are also contactable during the weekend through our Apply Now and Get a Quote forms.
